How long does it take for carpets cleaned by Chem-dry to be completely dry?
When you have your carpets cleaned by Chem-dry they will be completely dry in 1 to 2 hours. We only use a fraction of the water other cleaner’s use, so you’re guaranteed to back to normal in a very short time.
Can Chem-dry remove every stain on my carpet?
We can’t guarantee you that we can remove every stain from your carpet unless we see it first, so we are always happy to visit your home and evaluate your carpets free. The vast majority of the time we can remove every stain from carpets, our biggest challenge is removing other cleaning products that may have been applied to the spot or stain beforehand.
